Any applications received within 6 weeks of camp start date will be processed with a $50 LATE APPLICATION FEE. Within two weeks, we will do our best to accommodate your child; however, your application is at risk of not being processed.
Week 1: Spina Bifida and Turner Syndrome Family Camps

Registration:
For Camp Weeks 1-7 campers must be between the age of 7 and 17 years old at the time of camp. Any camper 18 years and over can apply for Week 8, Young Adult Camp.
Camp application forms are accepted only once complete, on a first come first serve basis. Camper Registration forms must be submitted no later than 6 weeks prior to the camp start date. Applications submitted after this date will be subject to a $50 late processing fee.
Once a complete application is received, the camper is automatically put on a waitlist. Our Nursing Director reviews registration forms and accepts campers on an individual basis. You will be informed by mail whether the camper is accepted or not.
If you are unable to find a camp that fits your child’s diagnosis, please send in a registration form anyway. Our Nursing Director will recommend a camp that matches your child’s needs.
Payment:
Please submit your payment with your registration form. Your payment will be processed once your child is accepted. Should your child not be accepted, your cheque will be mailed back to you. We are committed to ensuring as many children as possible can experience the magic of summer camp, regardless of financial constraint. The Zajac Ranch for Children subsidizes over 50% of the cost of sending each child to camp, plus all administrative fees. Additional Campership subsidies are donated by foundations, corporations, and individuals. Please fill out a Subsidy Request Form to apply for an additional campership subsidy.
Each year, The Zajac Ranch for Children seeks out over $300,000 in funding to make our summer camp sessions accessible to families, allowing children from across Canada with a medical condition to have a camp experience they might otherwise never get to have. We will continue to offer the ½ subsidy to every camper that attends with a medical condition for 2012. If you can afford it, please contribute further to your camp fees – whether it is the full amount, just a little extra, or anywhere inbetween! This will help us stretch our available subsidies, opening up our summer camp sessions to more children who desperately need the chance to have fun and make new friends who understand their challenges. Donation tax receipts can be issued for any amount paid above the subsidized camp fee.
Withdrawal Policy
Campers who withdraw after payment is processed will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation fee does not apply if camper has to withdraw due to medical issues. However, a doctor’s note may be required.
