Family Camp registration has been open since February 1, and we’re thrilled to see how many families want to spend time at Zajac Ranch this summer. Spots are filling quickly for weekend sessions, and the single-day sessions are a great option for those looking to try camp for the first time or are unable to commit to a full weekend. We even have a new Easter-themed Day Camp complete with a scavenger hunt.
The Mel Jr. & Marty Zajac Foundation, the primary funder of Zajac Ranch, is excited to welcome a new staff member joining the team this month. Alexandra Erjavec is our new Director of Development, bringing with her a wealth of experience to help guide the Foundation’s fundraising efforts. Before starting at the Foundation, Alexandra managed Stewardship and Major Gifts for Vision Australia in Melbourne. Please join me in welcoming her into the Zajac Ranch community.
Preparations have begun for both Zajac Nights and the 56th Annual Zajac Golf Classic. Both fundraisers will look different than in previous years; Zajac Nights has gone virtual and the golf tournament will continue to be held in person although will have a smaller schedule of events. If you or anyone in your network are interested in sponsoring either event, please call our office at 604-739-0444.
Thank you for continuing to support the work done at Zajac Ranch, and choosing to have a lasting positive effect on the lives of our campers.
Carmen Zajac, President
