Camp Schedule
All children deserve the opportunity to participate in a camp experience that is both supportive and accepting. For many children with disabilities, the care they require is often too great to allow them to attend a traditional camp. Facilities at Zajac Ranch are fully accessible by children of all abilities. The benefits of a summer camp experience should not be denied to any child because of their medical requirements or their family’s financial status. For over 20 years, Zajac Ranch has remained wholeheartedly committed to our promise of making a positive impact on children and young adults.
Our goal is to ensure that all children with special medical needs in British Columbia and across Canada can participate in a camp experience. Mindful that many families with children or young adults with medical conditions are burdened by significant expenses for specialized care, treatment, and education for their child, we established the Zajac Camper Allowance to help families in need of support. This Allowance offsets the cost of registration and is made available to all campers. Our long-term goal is to someday be able to offer a camp experience to any child, regardless of medical condition or financial situation, free of charge. Below is the summer 2026 season schedule to provide you details on each of our camp offerings. The 2026 dates may be subject change but will provide a good overview of the sessions available.

Zajac Ranch created the Young Adult Camp after recognizing that many individuals over the age of 17 were no longer eligible to attend our standard medical summer camps. Designed for participants aged 18–40, our Young Adult Camps welcome individuals with a wide range of chronic illnesses, cognitive or physical disabilities, and mixed diagnoses.
This inclusive program offers adults the opportunity to enjoy the same engaging, fully accessible activities that define our traditional summer camps—such as horseback riding, canoeing, ropes courses, and swimming—while fostering independence, confidence, and connection.
