With 41 acres of beautiful wilderness, the Zajac Ranch rests on the shores of Stave Lake in Mission, BC. Our site offers three pristine lodging facilities, a beautiful 60’ by 40’ gymnasium (for reception dinner), an outdoor amphitheatre (seats 110, in tiered seating, typically used for a wedding ceremony), dining hall (for non-reception meals), sporting fields, and all the space required to comfortably host a wedding party of upwards of 110 guests. All of this – conveniently located one hour east of Vancouver, BC.

The best part about renting the Zajac Ranch is that proceeds go to funding the Zajac Camper Allowance. By taking advantage of our facilities and activities, you help children with life-threatening and/or debilitating conditions experience the magic of summer camp.

Availability

Zajac Ranch welcomes groups for bookings between the months of September – early June. We do host our summer medical camps between June – August and have no availability Monday through Friday. Should you be interested in a weekend booking, please contact us and we can discuss further.

Celebrate Love at the Ranch

Zajac Ranch for Children offers two rental rates to better accommodate specific wedding requirements – an ‘overnight’ rate which provides guests with overnight lodging & meals outside of the wedding. Having hosted many weddings over the years, Zajac Ranch’s wedding service is streamlined to better accommodate the needs of its customers – with specific menu options for all meals, upfront guarantees of service provisions, and a simple rental rate structure that limits service add-ons. Quotes are valid for 90 days. Site tours are available (by appointment only).
